A mixer truck is scheduled on kilometres, the plant that loads it on running hours, the silo filter on a calendar date. All three are the same template engine with a different trigger, which is why they can sit in one queue without anybody reconciling anything.
Every asset belongs to a project and a zone, so a question asked about the west site is answered about the west site. The fleet total still adds up across all of them.
Confined space, hot work and working at height each have a permit with a lifecycle the server enforces. Once closed it cannot be edited, which is what makes it worth anything in an audit.
Fuel and parts post themselves against the asset that consumed them, so plant 2 and plant 4 can be compared honestly without anybody splitting a supplier invoice by hand.
Bring one plant and its delivery fleet. Seeing them in one queue is usually the moment the second system stops being defensible.
