Every building. Every certificate. One list.

Facilities work is largely a calendar problem with legal consequences: the lift inspection, the fire pump test, the generator run. Solmex keeps the dates on the assets themselves, across every building in the portfolio, so nothing depends on one person's spreadsheet.

Facilities management

A date nobody has to remember.

Statutory dates live on the asset and the queue is built from them, so an expiry announces itself instead of being discovered. Because assets belong to buildings and zones, the same list can be read as one portfolio or one site without being rebuilt.

What it carries here03 STATIONS
PORTFOLIO

Twenty six buildings, one queue

Buildings and zones are structure on the register, not text in a name. Filter to one site and the numbers are that site's; take the filter off and they are the portfolio's.

INSPECTIONS

A failed line becomes a job

Inspection templates are yours to write, and a failed item raises a finding that becomes a tracked work order. Nothing depends on somebody remembering to act on a form.

Permits before the work

Hot work on a roof, a confined space in a tank room, work at height in a lift shaft: each has a permit with an enforced lifecycle, and a closed permit can no longer be edited.
