Frequently asked questions

What does the workforce module hold?
Staff profiles with department, team, position and documents; the certificates each person holds, with expiry dates and scans; daily timesheets with attendance, hours and overtime; and leave types, entitlements and requests with approval. The same register supplies the crew names on work permits and tool sign-outs.
Does it warn before a certificate expires?
Yes. Every certificate carries its expiry date, and Solmex groups them as expired or expiring within 30, 60 or 90 days, on each profile and across the workforce. The point is to see a lapsed authorisation before somebody is sent to a job that needs it.
Do we pay for every technician?
No. Staff records, timesheets and leave do not need a login, so you can keep your whole workforce on file. People who only report problems are work requesters, free on every plan. You pay for full users: the people who plan, assign, approve and report in Solmex.
Which plan includes workforce?
