A season has no room for a surprise.

Farm equipment does most of its work in a few short windows, which is exactly when a missed service turns into a lost week. Solmex schedules on engine hours so the machines that actually worked are the ones that come up, and the implements behind them carry their own records.

Agriculture

Serviced on the hours it actually worked.

A tractor that did four hundred hours in six weeks is due before one that sat in the shed, and the plan works that out from the meter readings rather than from a date somebody set last spring. Readings can be entered at the machine or picked up from the fuel bowser as it fills.

What it carries here03 STATIONS
FIELD

Entered where there is no office

Meter readings, fuel and fault reports are all first-class mobile entry paths, and field seats are free on every plan. Nothing has to survive the trip back to a desk.

IMPLEMENTS

Implements have records

A harrow or a sprayer is an asset in its own right, linked to whichever tractor is pulling it. Its wear, its repairs and its costs stay with it when it is unhitched.

Records per implement1
FUEL

Fuel that is actually checked

Each fill is compared against that machine's own burn rate and its tank capacity, so a figure that cannot be true is questioned while the driver is still standing there.
